Barry Holloway

Barry Holloway is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and resourcing. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Hilti Asia IT Services & Global IT since June 2019, Barry also holds the position of Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager, overseeing global strategy. Previously, Barry contributed to IHS Towers as a Consultant and Interim Head of Talent Acquisition and was the Group Head of Resourcing at Kier Group. Barry's earlier roles include Group Talent Acquisition Director at SBM Offshore and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Petrofac, along with interim leadership positions at Royal Mail. Barry holds an education from Oxford.
