Nicholas Holford

Nicholas Holford is a seasoned professional in real estate investment management with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Fund Manager for unlisted real estate funds at Amundi since December 2007, Nicholas focuses on developing and managing investment solutions for institutional clients, overseeing a diverse range of commingled funds, separate accounts, joint ventures, and club deals. Prior to this role, Nicholas was a Portfolio Manager at AEW Europe, specializing in real estate asset management, and an Analyst at KPMG Corporate Finance, where involvement included mergers and acquisitions for midcap companies in France. Nicholas holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, a Diplôme ESC in Finance from ESCP Business School, and a Baccalauréat in Sciences from Lycée International de St Germain en Laye.
