Emily Schroeder

Emily Schroeder serves as Senior Counsel at Amundsen Davis, LLC, since December 2015, after progressing from an Associate role. Prior legal experience includes a position as Law Clerk at the Illinois Office of the State's Attorney and research assistance under Professors Christopher Schmidt and Joan Steinman. Earlier roles featured a Law Clerk position at Wiedner & McAuliffe, Ltd., and an internship with the Illinois State Treasurer's Office, where Emily managed a team of interns and enhanced project management skills. Additional experience includes serving as Equipment Manager for Wheeling Township Elections and an internship with Illinois State Representative David Harris, focusing on campaign organization and fundraising. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre Law, Political Science, History, and Italian from Purdue University.
