Paul Hudson worked at three pharmaceutical companies in their career. Paul started at AstraZeneca in 2006 and held various roles, including Vice President and Primary Care Director. In 2008, they became the Marketing Company President in Spain, and in 2011, they were promoted to President of AstraZeneca Japan. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the President of AstraZeneca US and Executive Vice President of North America. In 2016, they joined Novartis as the CEO of Novartis Pharmaceuticals and held this position until 2019. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi.
Paul Hudson attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Economics. Following this, they enrolled in CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, where they obtained a Diploma in Marketing.
