Laurie Stratman

Laurie Stratman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Laurie started their career at Advance Services, Inc in 2004 as an Account Executive/Branch Manager, where they grew new business relationships and managed office personnel. Laurie then took on the role of Director of Development, where they created and implemented training programs supporting thirty offices in six states. Laurie also specialized in developing new brochures targeting clerical, production, agriculture, and general laborer disciplines.

In 2008, Laurie joined Birddog Solutions, Inc as a Temporary Contractor, where they proofread and edited customer databases and created additional training modules. Laurie then served as a Marketing & Training professional, designing training modules and managing weekly company-wide training.

Later, Laurie joined Dougherty Brokerage Company in 2009 as an Inside Sales representative. In this role, they served as a product expert, managing product lines from six manufacturers and handling order placement, product inquiries, and commission reconciliation. Laurie also audited product lines from 165 manufacturers and developed individual training modules.

In 2010, Laurie transitioned to TSYS Merchant Solutions as a Sr. Administrative Assistant. Laurie provided support to five Operations Directors, handling travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks. Laurie then took on the role of Process Improvement Analyst II, where they created process maps, updated procedure documents, and analyzed current standards to improve processes.

Most recently, Laurie joined Amur in 2015, first as a Recruiting Supervisor and currently as a Human Resources Supervisor. Further details about their latest positions are not provided.

Laurie Stratman earned a Clerical Certification from Northeast Community College between 1984 and 1986.
