Makayla Hoover

Makayla Hoover started their career at Concentric Corporation in 2012, where they served as the Office Manager and Social Media/Marketing Director. In this role, they utilized their marketing and social media skills to improve the company's visibility. In 2015, they moved on to Buildertrend as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Makayla was responsible for various recruitment tasks, such as building talent pipelines, managing sourcing strategies, and leading recruitment events. Makayla also managed and trained a team of recruiters and implemented employer branding activities.

Makayla Hoover obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Makayla attended the university from 2006 to 2011.
