Charlotte Norman has had a varied and impressive career in the communications and media industry. Charlotte began their career in 2010 as Managing Director, PR, Music Editor and Writer for Radar Magazine, where they were responsible for all editorial work, coordinating articles, managing several editors, recruiting bloggers, writers and editors, and interviewing music acts. In 2014, they moved to modinåkerlind as Showroom Coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating press loans and samples to fashion magazines, bloggers and artists, and planning seating for fashion shows. In 2017, they worked as a Public Relations Summer Temp for Spotify, before joining North Kingdom Design / NoA as Global Communications Manager, where they were responsible for driving North Kingdoms external communication in line with the company's vision and business goals. In 2019, they joined The North Alliance as PR Manager NoA Sweden & Social Media Manager NoA Group, and was responsible for strategy, messaging and writing for trade press, financial news, company acquisitions, thought leadership and internal communication. In 2022, they began working as Corporate Communications Manager for amuse.

Charlotte Norman has an education history beginning with their Elementary School degree from Carlssons Skola from 1996 to 2006. Charlotte then earned their Media Journalism degree from Jensen Gymnasium from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they attended Stockholm University from 2009 to 2010 for Cinema Studies. After that, they attended Södertörn University in 2015 for Gender Studies. Lastly, they attended Berghs School of Communication from 2016 to 2017 for Public Relations.
