Sai Sreenivas Penkulinti

Doctoral Student at AMVALOR

Sai Sreenivas PENKULINTI is a doctoral student at AMVALOR since January 2022, focusing on the multiaxial fatigue behavior of E185 AMPO steel produced by additive manufacturing. This research project involves collaboration with CETIM and ALSTOM and is hosted at the I2M Bordeaux laboratory. Previously, Sai worked as a research intern at I2M Bordeaux, investigating the influence of microstructure on the uniaxial fatigue behavior of Stainless Steel 316L obtained by Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). Additional experience includes a research project at ISAE-ENSMA on TiAl alloys, and an internship at Pprime, where simulations of the fatigue behavior of Electron Beam welded Titanium plates were conducted. Earlier work at JSW Steel involved implementing TQM tools to optimize wagon tippler operations. Sai holds a Master of Science in Aeronautical Mechanics and Energetics from ISAE-ENSMA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
