Wojciech Karpinski

Wojciech Karpinski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wojciech started their career at WARTA Insurance as a Negotiator of Financial Insurance from 1998 to 2005. Wojciech then moved on to Infosys BPO, where they held multiple roles including Services Head and Global Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing Finance Operations and driving client value through improvement initiatives. From 2007 to 2011, they served as Client Operations Head EMEA, managing F&A and Procurement Service Delivery Operations for 240 local units in the EMEA region. Currently, Wojciech is the Center Director and Finance Director at Amway Europe, leading their multi-functional Shared Service Center in Krakow, Poland, which provides services in Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT. Wojciech has been with Amway Europe since 2015.

Wojciech Karpinski obtained a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
