Dr. Amy Nutsati

Dr. Amy Nutsati has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Dr. Amy is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Talent Management at Amway Thailand. Previously, they worked as the GM of Learning and Development at CARS24 and as a Consultant and Training Facilitator at Slingshot Group Thailand. Dr. Nutsati also held the position of Learning and Facilitation Manager (Asia BU) at PepsiCo, where they were responsible for leadership learning and strategic initiatives. Dr. Amy served as the Vice President of Learning and Engagement at TIPCO FOOD GROUP, where they designed training programs and managed recruitment and employee engagement activities. Additionally, they gained experience as the Vice President of Organization Development at Prinsiri PCL and as the Human Resources Manager at Peppo Fashions Group Co.,Ltd. Dr. Nutsati also worked as the Learning and Development Manager at The Hourglass Pte Singapore and as the HRD Manager and Business Operations Manager at Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

Dr. Amy Nutsati has a strong educational background in the field of organizational development and human resource development. Dr. Amy earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organization Development from Assumption University, where they studied from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed another PhD in Human Resource Development from The University of Melbourne, Australia, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Dr. Amy holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Training and Development from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Dr. Nutsati earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Chulalongkorn University, though the specific dates of their undergraduate studies are not provided.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Nutsati has also obtained a Professional Development certification from Stanford University in August 2013.
