Audrey De Gorostiza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Audrey started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Dr. Juchen Guo's Laboratory of Electrochemical Materials & Processes in 2017, where they conducted research on Magnesium-ion Solid Electrolyte and intercalation. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Change Analyst at Biosense Webster, ensuring effective change control of quality system documentation. In 2019, they joined Alcon as a Quality Engineer, overseeing internal audits, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring product quality. In 2020, Audrey joined Amway as a Process Engineer, providing technical support to Solid Dose Manufacturing and driving change control projects. Audrey currently holds the role of Procurement Nutrition Technical Qualification Lead at Amway. Additionally, Audrey has prior experience as a Shift Lead at 85C Bakery Cafe from 2014 to 2018, where they managed and trained staff and prepared reports.

From 2015 to 2018, they attended the University of California, Riverside, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Nanotechnology.
Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Citrus College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biological and Physical Sciences (and Mathematics). Audrey also obtained an additional Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biological Sciences during their time at Citrus College.
