Kathleen van Nest Pierce

Kathleen Van Nest Pierce is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer marketing sectors. Currently serving as Global President of Dyson Beauty since November 2022, Kathleen also holds a position as a Non Executive Board Member at Oddball. Prior to these roles, Kathleen spent nearly two decades at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where contributions included Senior Vice President roles in Global Transformation, Consumer Experience, and Channel Innovation, as well as General Manager for Clinique Asia-Pacific. Kathleen's earlier experience includes positions at Clarins Group, MSNBC, and CBS News, demonstrating a broad background in marketing and media. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and has furthered education at American University and Regent's University London.
