Erik Hoeben

Erik Hoeben is a seasoned procurement professional with significant experience at Amway, where Erik currently serves as Senior Sourcing Manager, leading the global sourcing strategy for the Print & Literature category since December 2019. Prior to this role, Erik held various positions at Amway Europe from March 2000 to December 2019, including Buyer within the European Strategic Procurement department, focusing on packaging materials and implementing a new ERP system. Erik began the career as a Lab Technician and later worked as an Operator at Océ Technologies. Erik has pursued extensive education in procurement, achieving multiple NEVI certifications and a degree from MLO.
