Caroline Flowers

Caroline Flowers has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Amwins from March 2019 to April 2025, following roles as Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to Amwins, Caroline worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Premier Inc. from August 2017 to March 2019 and held multiple human resources positions at Johnson & Johnson Insurance from April 2010 to August 2015, including Senior Human Resources Generalist. Earlier in their career, Caroline was a Student Orientation Leader at the College of Charleston in 2007. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, obtained in May 2009.
