Sarah Coughlin

Sarah Coughlin currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Paragon Therapeutics, Inc., a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Atlas Venture as Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources from October 2021 to September 2025. Sarah also held the Director of Human Resources position at Constellation Pharmaceuticals from February 2019 to October 2021, and prior to that, Sarah managed Talent and Development at Hollister Staffing. Additional experience includes roles as Operations/HR Manager at Fulcrum Therapeutics and HR Consultant at The Plate Kitchen, along with various positions at Constellation Pharmaceuticals and other organizations. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish with minors in Italian and Sociology from Fairfield University, attended from 1998 to 2002, and completed high school at Milton High School.
