Jake Maijala is an accomplished senior human resources executive with extensive experience in human resource development and temporary staffing across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ArchCare, Jake has previously held senior leadership roles at Signature Healthcare, Penn Highland Healthcare, Phelps Hospital (Northwell Health), and Cortland Regional Medical Center. Jake possesses an MBA in Business from SUNY Empire State College and multiple degrees from the University of Jyvaskyla, including a Master's in Psychology and a Bachelor's Equivalent in Business Administration along with minors in Marketing and Education.
