Melody Lynn, CIR, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at AmWINS Group since July 2020, where a focus is placed on hiring top talent and equipping employees to provide innovative insurance solutions. Prior to this role, Melody spent over 19 years at Criterion Executive Search as an Executive Insurance Recruiter, specializing in the P&C Insurance Industry, particularly within the E&S/Wholesale sector. Earlier experience includes positions as a HNW Personal Lines Producer at Davis Baldwin Insurance, an Insurance Agent at Progressive Insurance, and a Corporate Marketing Representative at Sam's Club. Melody holds a 220 License obtained from Central Insurance School in 1998.
