Clare Cavanaugh has extensive experience in executive support and business management, currently serving as the Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Energize Capital since October 2024. Prior to this role, Clare worked as a Business Manager at DRW from July 2021 to June 2024 and as a C-Suite Executive Assistant in the Office of the Chairman at GCM Grosvenor from 2017 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Investor Relations at SG Capital Management, LLC, from 2011 to October 2014, and as Product & Finance Manager in Institutional Markets at Allstate Insurance Co. from 2008 to 2009. Clare's career began as a Derivatives Trader from 2000 to 2007. Clare holds an MBA in Economics and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
