Chloe Potts

Chloe Potts, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Formation Financial since August 2022, Chloe specializes in People Operations services for venture-backed startups, including HRIS implementation, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. Previously, as Human Resources Director at the American Cancer Society from July 2014 to July 2022, Chloe acted as a strategic partner to key executives while managing HR functions for over 800 employees. Additionally, Chloe has held roles as a Talent Services Partner and Human Resources Analyst at the organization, and as an HR Executive Team Leader at Target, where notable awards and accomplishments were achieved. Chloe holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
