Irene Toropin

Irene Toropin has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Irene is currently serving as the Head of Clinical Quality Assurance at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at different companies, including Director of Quality Assurance GCP-GLP Operations at Arena Pharmaceuticals from 2019 to 2021, Manager Quality Standards at Incyte from 2016 to 2019, and Senior Auditor at Endo Pharmaceuticals in 2015. Irene also has experience working as a Senior Auditor and Associate Director of Data Management at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals from 2007 to 2015. Irene began their career at Genaera Corporation as an Assistant Director of Data Management and Programming from 2002 to 2006.

Irene Toropin earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research Organization and Management from Drexel University from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics from Universitatea de Stat din Tiraspol from 1985 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained the certification of RQAP-GCP from SQA in April 2015.
