Vp, Claims & Customer Service - Warranty at Amynta Group

Kent Hamilton has extensive work experience in the automotive warranty and claims industry. Kent started their career at General Motors, where they worked as a Mechanical Adjuster, Mechanical Sr Adjuster, Mechanical & Physical Damage Field Adjuster, and Mechanical Audit Supervisor, managing extended warranty claims and conducting audits.

Kent then joined Aon Warranty Group, where they held various roles including Manager, Claims Operations - Auto, AVP, Claims Operations - Auto, and VP, Claims Operations - Auto & Home Warranty. During their time at Aon, they oversaw automation projects, implemented system enhancements, and played a key role in transitioning to electronic claims submission and documentation.

After leaving Aon, Hamilton worked at The Warranty Group as the VP of Claims Operations for Auto, Home, and Bank Card. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of Salesforce cloud-based systems and collaborated with clients and IT to integrate coverage and business rules engines into the claims system.

Kent then joined Assurant as a Director of Claims & Customer Service, where they supervised claims operations for automotive warranty and GAP business. Kent was responsible for transitioning legacy claims systems to Salesforce and implementing a cloud-based phone system to improve the remote work experience.

Currently, Hamilton is working at Amynta Group as the VP of Claims & Customer Service - Warranty. Kent has successfully launched a manufacturer pre-paid maintenance portal, resulting in high client adoption.

Throughout their career, Hamilton has demonstrated their expertise in claims operations, system implementation, process improvement, and client relationship management in the automotive warranty industry.

Kent Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Lubbock Christian University. Kent has completed courses in Trailheads from Trailhead by Salesforce, and Leadership Development programs at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School Executive Education. Kent has also obtained various certifications, including Excel Essential Training from LinkedIn, The Complete Salesforce Administrator Certification Course from Mike Wheeler Media, Drucker School MBA Essentials for Salesforce from Claremont Graduate University, and certifications in Change Management, Salesforce Trailhead, Ranger Rank, Six Sigma Lean Professional, and Understanding Electric Vehicle Technology.
