Crystal Clements has worked in the beauty industry since 2007. Crystal began their career as a Salon Manager at Antonio Prieto Salon in 2007, and then moved on to become a Lead Studio Coordinator at Arrojo Studio in 2009. In 2012, they became a General Manager at Eve Salon, and in 2016 they were promoted to Operations Manager at DevaCurl. Most recently, Crystal was hired as a Customer Care Specialist at Amyris in 2022.

Crystal Clements obtained their High School Diploma from Las Vegas Academy of Int'l Studies Performing and Visual Arts in 1997 and their BA in Theatre/Theater from University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2006.
