Emma Fulton

Emma Fulton has a long and varied work experience. Emma began their career in 2004 as a Buyer for The Perfume Shop, where they were responsible for controlling approximately £90 million of annual retail sales. Emma then moved on to Lancome in 2010, where they served as National Account Controller, responsible for driving the performance of Lancôme with all UK/ROI high street and online retailers to achieve growth in line with the market. In 2013, they became the CEO of Whatsinmyhandbag.com, a "BeautyTech" company connecting beauty brands with consumers. In 2014, they worked as a Brand Consultant for Mark McDonald Consultancy Ltd, where they were responsible for the launch of Grown Alchemist into the UK and France. In 2016, they founded Emulsion London Ltd, a content marketing agency. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as Commercial Director for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and then as Commercial Director, UK for Amyris.

Emma Fulton attended Amersham and Wycombe College where they completed a Foundation in Business Management. Emma then attended Henley College, Henley and lastly Wycombe High School, High Wycombe.
