Heath Tilley has extensive work experience, beginning in 1991 with Nestle S.A. where they held roles such as Director Supply Chain & Route Channel Development, Country Business Manager and Regional Operations Head - SubSahara Africa, Country Business Manager and Regional Operations Head, South Pacific Islands, Customer Service & Business Development Manager, National Account Sales Manager, Manufacturing Manager - Nestle Confectionery, Production Manager - Nestle Ice Cream, Business Consultant / Nestle Productivity Team, and Supervisor / Engineer. In 2012, they joined Amway as SVP Global Supply Chain, Omnichannel Fulfilment and Global Logistics and Trade, and later as VP Supply Chain - E2E Americas. In 2021, they moved to Comfort Research as EVP Global Supply Chain Operations, and in 2022 they joined Amyris as Senior Vice President Global Operations, Consumer Division.

Heath Tilley's education history includes attending Normanhurst Boys from 1983 to 1991, followed by the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc and a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering.
