Inês Gonçalves

Inês Gonçalves has over 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Inês began their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Consultant for EGOR. Inês then moved to Melt Group in 2014 as an International Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for recruitment and workforce management projects in Africa, Europe, Asia, and America. In the same year, they became a Project Manager for Sintagma Traduções, where they managed contractual clients and monitored progress, costs, and margins. In 2015, they began working for Grupo Rumos as a Human Resources professional, where they were responsible for recruitment and candidates interviews, payroll and invoicing, and allocation of trainers in international projects and national companies. Later, they joined Grupo Valadri as an HR Manager and then moved to Grupoo SC in 2019, where they were an HR Manager responsible for recruitment and onboarding, SHT, KPI analysis, HR forecasts, training, payroll and all administrative and legal tasks, communication with employees, and assessments. In 2020, they became an HR Manager for Aqualia and is currently an HR Generalist for Amyris.

Inês Gonçalves completed a Post-Graduate degree in Management and Strategic Development of Human Resource at Universidade Europeia from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel 2010 - Advanced from GALILEU - Especialistas em Formação in March 2015, a Subtitling Course from Sintagma Traduções in 2012, a CCP - Training of Trainers from AERLIS in December 2011, and a Cambridge English FCE.
