João Henrique Milaré

João Henrique Milaré has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. João Henrique began their career in 2001 as an Analista Econômico Financeiro at Siemens. In 2008, they joined ALSTOM Grid as a Project Controller and Project Manager. In 2013, they moved to NEC Latin America S.A. as Manager of Project Control Office, where they were responsible for leading a team of 47 people in 4 divisions. In 2014, they became a Senior Financial Controller at Dematic. In 2016, they were appointed Regional Head of Controlling at Nordex Group. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Bracell as Project Control Manager and Mill Finance Controller. Currently, they are Finance Corporate Controller, Finance & Planning (PMO) Manager, and Finance Project Manager at Amyris.

João Henrique Milaré has a diverse educational background. João Henrique obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidade Paulista in 2004, a Master of Laws (LLM) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2008, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidade Paulista / UNIP in 2014, all with a focus on Brazilian Law, Contracts Management, and Accounting and Finance, respectively.
