Kimberly Carroll has over 17 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2021, they began working as the VP eCommerce for Amyris. In 2017, they became a Partner at GEMS Dance Competitions and a Senior Digital Strategist at Abele International, where they were responsible for research, brand building, design, marketing planning, and media buying. In 2016, they were the Head of Ecommerce for OLIKA. In 2015, they were the Chief Digital Strategist for Websavant, a quantitative marketing advisory assisting organizations bridge the gap between algorithmic profiling of target audiences and the way media is purchased/targeted. Kimberly was also a Senior Advisor for Digital Strategy for Distributed Finance, a NYC Fintech group. In 2013, they were the Vice President Digital Strategy for Delucchi Plus, leading the digital services group, and Chief Digital Brain for eBrains, Inc. In 2010, they were the Publisher & CEO for Make It Better Media, consulting on the launch of the print magazine and website for the Chicago North Shore. In 2004, they were the Executive Interactive Director for Avenue Marketing and Communications, providing leadership for both the agency and their clients in all things web.

Kimberly Carroll has obtained a Google Adwords Certification from Google in December 2013, and an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in April 2014. Kimberly is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota.
