Misti Gilmore

Misti Gilmore has held various roles in the IT industry since 1995. Misti began their career as a Quality Consumer Rep at Solo Cup Company in 1995. In 1998, they moved to Amdocs as a Customer Operations Project Manager. In 2012, they joined T-Mobile as the Director of IT Operations and System Support, where they led a streamlined IT Operations organization of 22 employees and successfully completed SOX compliance audits on time with no findings. In 2018, they became the Director of IT Service & Delivery at GameStop. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Associate Director of IT Operations at Amyris.

Misti Gilmore attended The Ohio State University from 1988 to 1989, studying Business. Misti then attended Marion Technical College from 1989 to 1991, earning an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In August 2006, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In August 2022, they obtained their Microsoft Planner Essential Training certification from LinkedIn.
