Rita Chuang

Rita Chuang has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Rita began their career as a Software Developer at Cast Products, Inc. in 1997. In 1998, they moved to ComEd as a Database Programmer/Analyst. In 2000, they joined PeopleSoft, Inc. as a Staff QA Engineer (Automation), Quality Assurance Engineer, and Product Release Developer. In 2004, they became a Lead QA Engineer at Cisco WebEx. In 2007, they joined Cisco as a Senior Information Technology Program Manager, where they oversaw mission-critical programs and leveraged Agile/Scrum methodologies. Rita was also an Sr IT Program Manager, and an IT Service Manager, Quality Assurance. In 2021, they joined Amyris as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Zoom as a Sr. QA Engineer.

Rita Chuang attended DePaul University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Database and Data Communications. Prior to that, they attended the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems.
