Ruben Alejandro Ulloa has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Ruben Alejandro began their career as a Manager at Best Burger in 2004. In 2012, they moved to Bron Tapes as a Customer Service/Billing Representative, where they handled customer inquiries and processed customer orders, new accounts, and returns. In 2015, they became a Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant at Western Dental. In 2016, they returned to Bron Tapes as a Customer Service Representative/Purchaser, where they were responsible for inventory purchasing and planning. In 2013, they became a CCA (City Carrier Assistant)/Mailman at the United States Postal Service, where they organized and bundled mail, collected money from postage due and CODs, obtained signature receipts, and retrieved outgoing mail. In 2018, they joined Zymergen as a Logistics Analyst, where they coordinated carriage and customs clearance of raw materials, WIP, samples, consumables and finished goods from R&D to production scale in the US, EU & APAC. Ruben Alejandro also managed new and emerging lanes, 3PL, CMO & Customer relationships with a focus on quality, value and time. Ruben Alejandro was also responsible for effect reporting, vendor feedback, maintaining KPI's, publishing metrics & overseeing 3PL spend. In 2022, they became a Warehouse Supervisor at Amyris.
Ruben Alejandro Ulloa obtained their High School Diploma from San Leandro High School in 2007, after studying General Studies from 2003-2007. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in 49CFR/IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) from DGI Training.
