Carme Lewis

Carme Lewis is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the HR field. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Shared Services at Amy's Kitchen since September 2011, Carme has previously held positions such as Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology and Manager of Compensation, Benefits, HRMS, and Payroll. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Consultant at HR Dynamics from 2004 to 2011, specializing in strategic HR practices. Carme's expertise encompasses HR strategy and planning, process improvement, compensation administration, and organizational design, among other areas. Earlier career roles included Director positions at Graphic Packaging International and American Medical Response. Carme holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on HR management and an MS in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in HR leadership, both from Regis University.
