Enrico Cellini has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, particularly in the food industry. Since 2015, Enrico has served as the Sourcing Manager for Packaging and previously as the Procurement Manager at Amy's Kitchen, focusing on IDM and Packaging Categories. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Enrico held the position of Senior Buyer, managing significant vendor spend and establishing key service agreements. Enrico's career began in 2001 at an Organic Foods Manufacturer, where responsibilities included purchasing ingredients and developing supply assurance protocols.
