Jennifer Leonita Wijaya is a trained professional in the field of food science, currently serving as a Sensory Food Technologist at Amy's Kitchen since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions as a Sensory Science Intern at both Davis Sensory Institute and the University of California, Davis, where experience included evaluating coffee quality, studying the perception of naturalness in sandwich bread, and conducting research on aqueous protein extraction of plant-based proteins.
