Margo Contreras

Margo Contreras, MBA, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Amy's Kitchen since May 2019, Margo previously held the role of Corporate Benefits and Leave of Absence Manager at Covalent Health. Margo’s career includes significant contributions as an HR Business Partner at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, where responsibilities included driving strategic HR initiatives and improving processes. Earlier roles also encompass HR representation and benefits coordination at Dameron Hospital Association and compensation management at General Motors. Margo earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a Master in Agricultural and Environment Engineering from Szent István University.
