Zach Hinners

Zach Hinners, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance - Real Estate at Amzak Capital Management since January 2018, where responsibilities include finance and accounting oversight for a diverse real estate portfolio and facilitating significant acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to this role, Zach worked as Controller at Florida Affordable Housing Inc. from May 2011 to December 2017, managing financial statements, variance analyses for multiple properties, and intercompany reconciliations, while also liaising with property managers and audit firms. Zach holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, achieved in 2012.
