Alice Donovan

Alice Donovan is an experienced professional in change management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Change Management at An Garda Síochána since September 2019. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Bank of Ireland from March 2007 to August 2019 and HR Manager at Accenture from November 1996 to February 2007. Earlier in her career, Alice worked as a Bank Official at Coutts from 1986 to 1992. Alice holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Work & Organisational Behaviour from the University of Limerick, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business & Information Technology from Trinity College Dublin, earned from 1996 to 2000.
