Eila Maldonado

Eila Maldonado is currently the GMP Director at Active-cm and serves as a College Professor at Ana G. Mendez University, focusing on Lean Six Sigma methodology and GMP/cGMP regulations for the manufacturing industry. With extensive experience in validation roles, Eila has held positions such as Validation Specialist at both Celmark International and Nephron Pharmaceuticals, and Consultant as a Cleaning Validation Scientist at GS Validation Services, Inc. Previous roles include Senior Validation Scientist at PCS Validation Group, Validation Scientist at Pharma-Bio Serv, and Microbiology Specialist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies. Eila holds a Master's degree in Environmental Health and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, along with a Nursing certificate from Osceola Technical College.
