Makoto Mori

Makoto Mori possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Director of Rooms and previously as Front Office Manager at ANA InterContinental Tokyo since August 2018. Prior to this role, Makoto held various positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo from March 2007 to July 2018, including Front Desk Manager, Manager on Duty, Spa Manager, and Loss Prevention Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a position as Customer Service Executive at International SOS from June 2004 to February 2007, specializing in medical assistance. Makoto is an alumnus of Chubu University, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
