Sophie O'Higgins

Sophie O'Higgins has a solid work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sophie started their career at HMV Retail Ltd as a Sales Associate from October 2006 to August 2011. Sophie then transitioned to Lily's Kitchen Proper Food for Pets as a Customer Care Manager, where they worked from an unknown start date until May 2020. Currently, Sophie is working at Ana Luisa, where they started as a CX Manager in July 2021 and was promoted to Senior CX Manager in August 2022.

Sophie O'Higgins attended University College Dublin from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature & Sociology.
