Lana R.

Lana R. has a diverse work experience in the field of biology. Lana started their career in 2016 as a Laboratory Technician at AnaBios Corporation, where they were responsible for preparing solutions, calibrating instruments, and collecting data for drug toxicity testing on human tissues. In 2019, Lana was promoted to the role of Research Scientist, where they procured human organs, conducted experiments on cardiac cells, analyzed data, and authored standard operating procedures. At the University of San Francisco, Lana currently works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, developing lectures and laboratory activities for general biology laboratory classes, staying updated on developments in the field, and mentoring students. Lana also previously worked as a Surgical Research Technician at AnaBios Corporation, where they maximized organ donation opportunities, evaluated donor eligibility, and maintained professional communication with relevant organizations.

Lana R. pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego from 2016 to 2018. After completing their undergraduate studies, Lana went on to attend the University of San Francisco. From 2021 to 2023, they studied Biology, General, and obtained their Master of Science degree (MS).
