Richa Jain

Richa Jain has worked in the fields of Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Banking since 2006. Richa began their career at Genpact as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, where they were responsible for Process Modeling, Business Systems Analysis & Requirements Gathering, BRD Documentation, and liaising with development teams and Systems Architects. In addition, they were the Business Analyst and SME for Change Requests on the existing Order to Cash Platform. Richa also Benchmarked the Contractual Requirements for Reimbursement and the Reimbursement Rates for the top 25 Payers, and lead a Global Transformation Project for a new Target Operating Model Implementation.

In 2016, Richa Jain joined Ana-Data Consulting as a Sr. Business Analyst and Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for Process & Data Modeling, Business Systems Analysis & Requirements Gathering, BRD Documentation, BRD Walk Through & Sign Off by the Business, IT, and liaising with development teams and Systems Architects in translating requirements to solution & component design and Documenting the detailed “As Is” and “Adapted” process maps. Richa was also responsible for Data Quality Framework Design and designing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Richa Jain completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Sophia Girls College from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
