Melessa Paynter

Melessa Paynter is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in design leadership. Currently serving as Creative Director and Art Director at Anagram International since October 2021, Melessa leads and inspires a design team while staying updated on the latest design trends. Previously, as Creative Director at Garven Design Group, Melessa managed a team of designers to innovate product concepts. During a significant tenure at Talisman Designs from October 2009 to February 2021, Melessa oversaw product and packaging development while creating high-end graphics and layouts. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Product Designer/Illustrator at Coyne's & Company and Illustrator at Reflections. Melessa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2002.
