Gowtham R has a diverse work experience in the field of Talent Acquisition. Gowtham started their career in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rupeek, where they hired 1000+ employees single-handedly for multiple hierarchies. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Intern at Defense Research and Development Laboratory. In 2020, they co-founded AlphaZ Consulting Services, designing a new state-of-the-art recruitment business model and increasing MOM revenue from INR 2L to INR 60L. In 2021, they worked as a Manager-Talent Acquisition at SuperK, where they managed the full-cycle recruiting process and enhanced the portal utilization. Currently, they are working as an Angel Investor at a Stealth Startup and Talent and Culture at Anakin (YC S21).

Gowtham R obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering in Bangalore, India between 2014 and 2018. Gowtham has also obtained additional certifications including Manual Testing from QSpiders - Software Testing Training Institute in September 2018, CCNA from NIIT Limited in August 2016, Java SE 7 Programmer II from NIIT Limited in June 2016 and Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5.6 Developer (upgrade) from NIIT Limited in June 2015.
