Maggie Snow is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and culture management, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Culture at Oakley Services since March 2024. Previously, Maggie held the position of Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition and Operations at On Belay Health Solutions, where responsibilities included creating a Recruiting Playbook and implementing HR systems. Maggie's earlier experience at Industrious involved full-cycle recruiting and support for People Operations, along with roles in community management and operations. Prior to that, Maggie contributed as an Assistant General Manager at Muchacho and worked as a Hospitality Consultant, assisting various businesses in enhancing efficiency and establishing HR processes.
