Shivam Rathore

Shivam Rathore is a seasoned professional in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Analah since October 2022, following roles as Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. With expertise in global fractional real estate, private equity, insurance, commercial real estate, and fundraising, Shivam has a solid background in managing projects and teams. Prior experience includes serving as Account Manager at SunEdison from April 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved preparing techno-commercial proposals and collaborating with design and procurement for utility-scale solar projects. Shivam holds a PGDM in Project Engineering and Management from NICMAR University and a B-Tech in Civil Engineering from Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre.
