Hande Gungor

Hande Gungor is a seasoned executive search professional currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Search, Succession & Leadership Development at Analog Devices since November 2024. Prior to this role, Gungor was the Global Head of Executive Search at Aptiv from June 2021 to November 2024 and held multiple positions at Amazon, including Head of Executive Recruitment EMEA & China for AWS and Principal of Executive Recruitment EMEA from May 2016 to June 2021. Gungor also worked as a Consultant at Spencer Stuart from September 2013 to May 2016 and served in various roles at Heidrick & Struggles from 2003 to September 2013, culminating in the position of Principal. Gungor's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution.
