Yu-Ching Kuo

Yu-Ching Kuo is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Process Sustaining Engineering Manager at Analog Devices since September 2024. Previously, Yu-Ching Kuo held positions at WaferTech from August 2015, initially as a Senior Process Engineer and later as Section Manager, where responsibilities included managing an engineering team to enhance fabrication key performance indicators and sustaining a continuous production line. Prior to WaferTech, roles included a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, contributing to the design of energy-efficient catalysts for CO2 reduction, and at National Taiwan University, focusing on thermodynamic properties of polymer-solvent mixtures. Yu-Ching Kuo holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
