Ning Zhu started their work experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Synopsys in June 1999. They then moved on to work at HotRail/Conexant/Mindspeed as a Senior Design Engineer from August 2000 to August 2002. In August 2002, Ning Zhu joined Analogix Semiconductor as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where they continue to work.

Ning Zhu earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, where they studied from 1989 to 1999.
