What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing and the Head of Asia, the Marketing & Partnership Director/Sr. Director will be responsible for proactively owning and implementing region-specific marketing plans and building long-term relationships with Partners (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok etc.) for customer acquisition and expansion
  • All about the customer: focused on understanding what really creates value for the customer in Asia markets and aligning the business to deliver marketing plans and content accordingly
  • Build strategic plans for partnerships in Asia to elevate brand awareness and generate leads through partnership relationships
  • Serve as a senior company ambassador, plan, execute and present both in-person and virtual events - Can quickly connect/build relationships with customers
  • Work closely with regional leaders to develop and deliver account-based marketing plans in full alignment between customer engagement, business development, and the broader marketing team
  • Work closely with client engagement team and customers to build and share thought leadership for Asia markets
  • Apply multi-channel marketing best practices to generate and accelerate sales pipeline
  • Track, analyze and optimize the region’s marketing activity

What we look for in you:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or reporter/editor experience in advertising/research service agency
  • Leading regional marketing is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and best practices
  • Experienced in generating thought leaderships and developing market specific contents
  • Expertise in Asia marketing and measurement trends is a plus
  • Exceptional communicator: oratory and conversational, and in writing. Capable of articulating complex subject matter into sensible and actionable value
  • Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience with planning, organizing or presenting at regional marketing events
  • Self-starter with the ability to leverage data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and a creative thinker
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
