Paul Brooks (Tim)

Paul "Tim" Brooks is currently the Strategic Communications Lead at ANSER in the Office of the DoD Chief Information Officer. Paul "Tim" previously held leadership positions in various organizations such as The Joint Staff, United States Department of the Army, Eighth United States Army, NATO International Military Staff, and The First Team! - 1st Cavalry Division. Paul has a Master's degree from The United States Army War College, an MS in Military Information Operations/Joint Information Operations from Naval Post Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Notre Dame.
